Will Todd’s theatre works include the opera The Blackened Man which won second prize in the 2001 International Giuseppe Verdi Opera Competition, and the music theatre work The Screams of Kitty Genovese which has had notable success in the USA. He was composer in residence at the National Opera Studio in the 2005/06 season, and is currently developing a new work in conjuntion with Opera Genesis at the Royal Opera House.
